Any sensitive data, ie data suitable to reveal racial and ethnic origin, religious beliefs, philosophical opinions, political opinions, membership of parties, trade unions, associations or organizations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade union nature, as well as data suitable to disclose the state of health and sex life, spontaneously provided by you, will not be processed in the absence of a written statement, by you, of consent to its treatment. The data you provide may also be inherent to your family members, so your consent will automatically also include data from the latter.
Navigation data.
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

The personal and sensitive data provided will be kept for the time strictly necessary to respond to the request for information and according to the provisions of current legislation on the subject and at the end of this period will be automatically deleted from our files.

- opposition to processing at any time and also in the case of processing for direct marketing purposes;
- opposition to an automated decision-making process concerning individuals, including profiling;
- access to personal data and the correction or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing that concern him or to oppose their treatment, in addition to the right to data portability;
- withdrawal of consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given prior to the revocation.
RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
Interested parties who believe that the processing of personal data reported to them through this site is in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor, as provided for by art. 77 of the Regulations, or to take appropriate judicial offices (Article 79 of the Rules).
